If so, we want you to apply!</p><p><br /></p><p>NOW HIRING: Sales & Finance Coordinator</p><p>LOCATION: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire, Charlottetown, PE</p><p>HOURS: 35-45 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturday mornings from 8am - 12pm.</p><p>WAGES: $52,000 to $65,000 per year + benefits (including hourly wage plus commission, negotiable based on experience)</p><p><br /></p><p>THE PERFECT FIT:</p><p>We are looking for an outgoing person who is responsible for helping customers finance their purchase by working with lending agencies to obtain credit approvals. This person will be a key player for presenting and educating customers on the options available to them - i.e., extended warranties, insurances, etc. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a keen interest in helping people during the sales process. Strong customer service skills are required for our goal of complete customer satisfaction.</p><p><br /></p><p>APPLICABLE SKILLS:</p><ul><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional, ethical, and discreet with confidential information</li><li>Driven to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service</li><li>Friendly, outgoing, and able to build strong customer relationships</li><li>Clear and confident communicator written, verbal, and listening</li><li>Proactive problem-solver with a positive, team-focused attitude</li><li>Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities</li><li>Valid drivers license required</li><li>Experience in F&I or as a Business Manager is an asset, but training is provided</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>JOB TASKS:</p><ul><li>Oversee Finance and Insurance Operations:<ul><li>Manage the dealership&#39;s finance and insurance department with the utmost confidentiality.</li></ul></li><li>Financial Transactions:<ul><li>Coordinate and finalize vehicle financing and leasing transactions with customers.</li></ul></li><li>Insurance/ Product Sales:<ul><li>Offer and sell various insurance and aftermarket products to customers.</li><li>Build value in all available products and services to customers.
