<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We Are Hiring a Full-Time Plant Controller in Chatham, ON!</p><ul><li><p>Up to $140,000 + incredible compensation package</p></li><li><p>Full-time (40–45 hours/week) + Some travel to sister plants & corporate office (fully covered)</p></li><li><p>Monday to Friday schedule</p></li></ul><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Lead financial reporting and analysis, including monthly results, budgets, and forecasts.</p></li><li><p>Create and monitor KPIs to evaluate plant performance and spending.</p></li><li><p>Establish and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and tax requirements.</p></li><li><p>Manage inventory valuation, reconciliations, and CAPEX project tracking.</p></li><li><p>Supervise, coach, and support accounting personnel across multiple plant locations.</p></li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Accounting designation preferred (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA).</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and budget development.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Navision or Dynamics 365 required; CMMS (Maximo) and warehouse management experience considered an asset.</p></li></ul><p>If you’re a motivated finance professional with a passion for supporting plant operations and driving financial excellence, apply today!</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>E3 Works is committed to building an inclusive and accessible workplace.
