<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We Are Hiring a Full-Time Accountant in Kingsville, ON!</p><ul><li><p>Up to $85,000 + Benefits, RRSP Contributions & Bonus Potential</p></li><li><p>Full-time, on-site </p></li><li><p>Monday to Friday schedule</p></li></ul><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Support the Controller with daily accounting operations and monthly financial reporting.</p></li><li><p>Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, payroll entries, and remittances.</p></li><li><p>Manage cost accounting, inventory reconciliations, customs paperwork, wire payments, and foreign currency transactions.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and report on cost of goods sold, production variances, and general ledger entries related to manufacturing operations.</p></li><li><p>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and HST filings while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance.</p></li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>5+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, ideally in a small office environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and full-cycle bookkeeping.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Sage 50 CAD Edition (or similar ERP/MRP system).</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.</p></li><li><p>Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation (or in progress) considered an asset.</p></li><li><p>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.</p></li></ul><p>If you’re an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a plant-based office environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity with stability and growth, apply today!</p></p></p>
