<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are hiring for a temporary role of <b>Outside Sales Representatives (B2B)</b> in Pickering, Ontario to promote and sell food packaging and perishable goods including plastic bags, takeout containers, vegetables, fruits, and meats to restaurants. This is a field-based sales role, requiring in-person visits to potential clients with a focus on converting leads into active accounts.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br /></p><ul><li>Visit non-client restaurants to initiate sales opportunities and promote product offerings present and sell company products and services to prospective clients.<br /></li><li>Conduct cold calls to prospective restaurant clients to introduce products and schedule in-person meetings.<br /></li><li>Accurately log all visits and sales activity using our internal app, <b>Lark</b>.<br /></li><li>Track performance metrics and maintain consistent communication with the team.<br /></li><li>Build strong, ongoing relationships with new restaurant clients.<br /></li></ul><p><b>Schedule</b><br /></p><ul><li><b>Working Hours:</b> 7 hours/day<br /></li><li><b>Days per Week:</b> 5 (Monday to Friday)<br /></li><li><b>Pay Period: </b>Bi-Weekly (after calculating base pay and commission which will be briefed during screening process)<br /></li></ul><p><b>Tools & Reporting</b><br /></p><ul><li>A restaurant lead list will be provided.<br /></li><li>All sales activity must be logged via our internal platform, <b>Lark</b>.<br /></li><li>Pay slips will include performance reports and individual success metrics.<br /></li></ul><p><b>We’re looking to onboard quickly, so apply now to secure your spot! </b>If you have questions or need more information, feel free to reach out.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><br />Requirements<p><br /></p><p><ul><li>Fluent in English<br /></li><li>Access to a personal vehicle <b>(no fuel allowance provided)</b><br /></li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills<br /></li><li>Self-motivated, punctual and results-driven<br /></li><li>Freshers are encouraged to apply<br /></li></ul></p><p><br /></p><br /></p></p>
