This role will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision support - directly helping leadership make informed choices to further their mission.<br><br><strong>Principal tasks and responsibilities include:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Leading the budgeting and forecasting process for assigned programs<br /></li><li>Preparing and presenting monthly reporting packages with insights and recommendations<br /></li><li>Supporting new initiatives with business case development and financial analysis<br /></li><li>Building models for scenario planning, costing, and contribution margin analysis<br /></li><li>Assisting in preparing briefing notes and reports for leadership and committees<br /></li><li>Taking on ad-hoc projects and analysis to improve financial processes and support strategic goals<br /></li></ul><strong>Qualifications and pre-requisites:</strong><br><br><ul><li>CPA designation (or working towards it)<br /></li><li>3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, or analysis<br /></li><li>Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; SAP<br /></li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to non-financial stakeholders<br /></li><li>Self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment<br /></li></ul><strong>Additional information:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Permanent position based in North York<br /></li><li>Hybrid model - 3 days onsite per week<br /></li><li>Compensation: $85K-$100K depending on experience<br /></li><li>Opportunity to work in a mission-driven organization making a real impact in healthcare<br /></li></ul></p></p>
