<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><b> </b><br />MasterTech is on the search for a licensed Millwright Maintenance Supervisor in Hamilton ON.</p><p><br /></p><p>We need a licensed 433A Millwright. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10+ Millwrights and Electricians in an industrial environment. Supervisory and hands on work is required. </p><p><br /></p><p><p>Compensation:<br /></p><ul><li>$46.00/hour to start. Raises available based on performance thereafter.<br /></li><li>Comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, vision, life, etc., paid time off.<br /></li><li>RRSP matching program.<br /></li></ul></p><p>Schedule:<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Day Shift, 2:30pm to 11:30pm; (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.<br /></p><p>Key Qualifications:<br /></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience as a Licensed 433A Millwright.<br /></li><li>Leadership experience including overseeing, scheduling, training, safety, etc.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.<br /></li><li>Sound understanding of conveyors, pumps, granulators, pneumatics, hydraulics, and working knowledge of industrial tools.<br /></li><li>Experience with MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.<br /></li><li>Familiarity with standard maintenance procedures, preventative maintenance schedules, basic documentation, and proper safety techniques.<br /></li><li>Proven ability to maintain internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and requirements.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><br /></p></p>
