HR and Health & Safety Administrator

Job Description

<p>Our client in the Toronto (Kipling and Lakeshore) area is seeking a full-time HR Health & Safety Administrator. This is a temp-to-hire position.</p>
<p>Day shift: 9am - 5pm - Monday to Friday</p>
<p>Pay: $26-30/hr</p>
<p>This is a 50% HR and 50% H&S position</p>
<p><b>NEED TO HAVE 3 YEARS EXPEREINCE IN A MANUFACTURING COMPANY</b></p>
<p>Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees</p>
<p>Assist with the recruitment of employees<br>Assist with probation and annual performance evaluations<br>Review performance evaluations and other reports<br>Assist in implementing continuing education or on-the-job training<br>Implement company programs to increase morale<br>Track the attendance of employees and their use of vacation and sick days<br>Assist with the Health & Safety development, performance, and maintenance within the Company<br>Contribute to ensuring the Company meets all Health & Safety regulations and that<br>appropriate risk mitigation/control measures are in place<br>Assist with risk assessment, audit review, monitoring & managing health and safety<br>within the Company<br>Assist with investigating incidents and accidents to ensure the timely production of<br>corrective and preventative action plans<br>Identify any shortfalls in and/or potential improvements to policy and process, and assess effectiveness of current policies and processes and recommend and help implement required changes<br>Ensure all training, license renewals, and certificates are up to date and coordinate<br>with each department if training or recertification is needed<br>Ensure that the Company is compliant with MOL guidelines at all times<br>Maintain accurate records.</p>

<p>Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour</p>
