Were growing our tech-driven processes and looking for a motivated student to join us as a CRM & Automation Co-op Intern. This role is ideal for someone interested in CRM systems, automation tools, and business process optimization.</p>What Youll Do<ul><li>Build and automate workflows using tools like Zapier or Power Automate</li><li>Create dashboards and reports within CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)</li><li>Integrate phone systems (Aircall, RingCentral, etc.) with CRM</li><li>Assist with connecting QuickBooks and CRM for data sync and workflow improvements</li><li>Write clear documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Support teams by identifying inefficiencies and proposing automation solutions</li></ul>Who Were Looking For<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a program in Business Technology, IT, Analytics, or Operations</li><li>Strong interest in CRM platforms, data, and automation</li><li>Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive</li><li>Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized</li><li>Some understanding of phone system integrations (VoIP) is a plus</li><li>Exposure to QuickBooks or accounting software integrations is an asset</li><li>Strong communication skills and willingness to learn</li></ul>Recommended Tools Youll Work With<ul><li>CRM: Freshsales, Salesforce</li><li>Automation: Zapier, Power Automate</li><li>Reporting: Google Looker Studio, Power BI</li><li>Phone Systems: Aircall, RingCentral, JustCall</li><li>Accounting Integration: QuickBooks via Zapier, HubSpot connector</li></ul>Perks & Benefits<ul><li>Flexible hours full-time or part-time available</li><li>Real-world experience in CRM, automation, and business systems</li><li>Mentorship from experienced sales, operations, and IT professionals</li><li>Opportunity to make a measurable impact on live business processes</li><li>Strong resume-building experience for roles in CRM, MarTech, and operations</li></ul></p></p>
