<p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong> to help hiring within Services (Product), supporting with hiring within acquisitions. You will be a strategic talent advisor, recruiting for senior-level product roles, helping us build high-performing teams that drive our product innovation. </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Here are some of the specific details:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong></p><p><strong>Job Duration: 6 months</strong></p><p><strong>Job Location: North York, Canada (Hybrid 3 days)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>REQUIRED SKILLS:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Full cycle recruitment exp in product roles (ideally agency and inhouse) with high volume (20+ requirements on at a time).</li><li>Sourcing experience.</li><li>Workday experience (Applicant tracking system).</li><li>Stakeholder management experience - working with hiring managers and pushing back when needed (communication).</li><li>Ability to prioritize workload.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is CA$40/hr to CA$43.35/hr on T4.</em></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
