<li>Prepare sushi and other dishes;</li>
<li>Respond to customer questions, on site or over the phone;</li>
<li>Advise customers in their choices and inform them of promotions;</li>
<li>Participate in the preparation and placement of ingredients;</li>
<li>Collaborate with your colleagues in the maintenance of the restaurant (hygiene and salubrity);</li>
<li>Perform any other task required for the smooth running of operations.</li>
