We’re hiring for a <strong>Site Superintendent</strong> to lead field operations for an upcoming mixed-use development in Regina, SK. This project includes 300+ multi-family residential units and 12,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily site operations and ensure work aligns with project timelines and safety standards</li><li>Coordinate with 5–10 laborers and general carpenters on site</li><li>Manage and enforce subtrade schedules and scopes – this role requires strong subcontractor oversight and schedule management</li><li>Report to the Construction Operations Manager and Project Management team </li><li>Maintain open communication with head office and site team to support workflow and quality control</li><li>Ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience as a Site Superintendent on large multi-family and/or commercial construction projects</li><li>Strong ability to manage timelines, subtrades, and enforce project standards</li><li>Comfortable working independently and communicating with head office</li><li>Willingness to relocate or travel for the duration of the project</li><li>Familiarity with construction in Saskatchewan/Regina considered an asset</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Details:</strong></p><ul><li>Furnished apartment provided in Regina</li><li>Open to candidates from Calgary or nearby who are willing to travel</li><li>Flexible team environment with potential for future projects across Western Canada</li><li>Competitive wage $120,000- $160,000 </li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a dynamic and hands-on leadership role on a prominent project.
