This is a seasonal, on-call position that requires availability during snow eventsoften early mornings, late nights, and weekends.</p><p><br /></p><p>Job Duties:</p><ul><li>Clear snow and apply salt on sidewalks, walkways, steps, and building entrances.</li><li>Use shovels, snow blowers, and ice melt products safely and efficiently.</li><li>Report icy or hazardous conditions to supervisors.</li><li>Maintain a high standard of safety and customer service while on-site.</li><li>Work effectively in a team and independently under all winter conditions.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Physically fit and capable of working in cold, snowy weather for extended periods.</li><li>Reliable and punctual with the ability to respond quickly to snow calls.</li><li>Experience in snow removal is preferred but not required.</li><li>Must have access to transportation to and from job sites in Orillia.</li><li>CSA-approved winter work boots and proper outdoor winter clothing required.</li></ul><p>We Offer:</p><ul><li>Competitive hourly pay.</li><li>Paid orientation and training.</li><li>Opportunities for advancement or additional hours for the right candidate.</li><li>A supportive and safety-focused work environment.</li></ul></p></p>
