<h3>Role Purpose:</h3><p>The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that we deliver against client expectations and contractual obligations. You will act as the single point of contact for all service-related requests, and you will be the customer’s advocate within the business.</p><h3>What I Do Is:</h3><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of clients throughout their service lifecycle.</li><li>Act as your client’s single point of contact for all service-related issues and requests.</li><li>Prepare and present accurate reports relating to performance of our service against defined targets.</li><li>Assist in delivery of internal and client facing projects, on time, within budget and to agreed standards.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all services we provide the client are delivered optimally.</li><li>Work with Service Product Owners / Solution Managers to maintain and contribute to the development of services as part of our continual service improvement initiatives.</li><li>Analyse the data to provide actionable insights that provide true value for the client.</li><li>Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
