This is a full-time, on-site role at the centre of our service operations.</p><p>As Service Coordinator, you’ll:</p><ul><li>Schedule and dispatch technicians daily</li><li>Open and manage work orders</li><li>Prepare and price quotes</li><li>Communicate with customers to arrange service</li><li>Invoice completed jobs</li><li>Manage inspection programs, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate reports, certifications, and repair quotes</li><li>Support business growth by reaching out to prospective customers</li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><p>A professional, organized, and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
