We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our Service Advisor based out of our Brampton office location.<br><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities-:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Maintain and update daily records of repairs and delivery.</li><li>Handle and respond to inbound calls for both internal and external repairs/ service.</li><li>Review expense reports from mechanics for approval.</li><li>Review all open service work orders in the system and ensure all the costs have been accounted for.</li><li>Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work being performed in the shop</li><li>Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom</li><li>Managing inventory for telematics in system and on ground.</li><li>Prepare invoices for customers and also send for deductions.</li><li>Working on OOS truck and trailer report and follow up with them.</li><li>Inspect deliveries for incoming and outgoing items for accuracy, damage or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisor</li><li>Work with a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively and efficiently with customers</li><li>Manage and track truck and trailer parts inventory and order parts as necessary.</li><li>Examine and inspect immediately.</li><li>Ensure compliance and accurate documentation for audit.</li><li>Review parts that are ordered in and schedule the trucks in to have the parts installed daily.</li><li>Enters order information correctly into the computerized service ordering system to ensure accurate billings including; ensuring all parts are billed out correctly on each line and work order.</li><li>Assist parts department in routine inventory count.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>College diploma or University degree preferred</li><li>Must have had a minimum of 1+ years in a coordination role, preferably in the service and repair industry</li><li>Previous experience in Heavy Truck/ Automotive Industry is an asset.</li><li>Previous experience in ordering parts/ parts coordination is an asset</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Good mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Healthcare Benefit Package</li><li>Career Growth</li></ul></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
