<p><strong>Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Construction</strong></p><p>We’re seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> for a major water and wastewater infrastructure project based in <strong>Winnipeg</strong>. The ideal candidate will be a <strong>Canadian citizen</strong> who is comfortable with <strong>regular travel to Arizona</strong> during the first six months of the role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead planning, staffing, and execution of large-scale water/wastewater treatment projects.</li><li>Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.</li><li>Oversee project delivery using methods such as Progressive Design-Build, CM-at-Risk, or Design-Bid-Build.</li><li>Ensure safety compliance and support technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>8–15 years of experience in heavy civil or industrial construction, with at least 3 years in water/wastewater projects.</li><li>Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills.</li><li>Engineering or construction management degree (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly to Arizona during initial project phase.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>Base salary range: <strong>$150,000 – $200,000</strong>, depending on experience.</p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
