<p><strong>Role: </strong>Sr. Project/Program Manager – Transmission & Distribution (T&D)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid – Mostly Remote)</p><p><strong>Type:</strong> Permanent</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> $200K–$250K CAD</p><p><strong>Start:</strong> October 2025</p><p><strong>Citizenship:</strong> Canadian Citizen Required</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>A major engineering company is seeking a <strong>Senior Project/Program Manager</strong> to serve as the <strong>Owner’s Representative</strong> for a 10-year, $8 billion program of transmission and distribution projects with a major utility. You’ll oversee large-scale EPC initiatives—transmission lines, substations—and ensure successful delivery from concept to completion.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage high-value T&D projects as the Owner’s Representative.</li><li>Oversee all phases of <strong>EPC delivery</strong> (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).</li><li>Provide strategic direction to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.</li><li>Navigate complex organizational and regulatory environments.</li><li>Mentor teams and manage stakeholder relationships.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>15+ years</strong> of large-scale infrastructure project management.</li><li>Proven <strong>EPC</strong> experience in transmission lines and substations.</li><li>Engineering degree; P.Eng and <strong>PMP</strong> preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Canadian citizen; based in/relocatable to Toronto area.</li><li>Ability to attend in-person meetings/site visits 2–3 times per month.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Apply?</strong></p><ul><li>Influence <strong>$8B in infrastructure projects</strong> over the next decade.</li><li>Work with a global engineering leader.</li><li>Competitive pay and hybrid flexibility.</li></ul>
