<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>Shape the future of our AI-driven knowledge-based solution</strong><p>As a Senior Product Manager in the Knowledge team, you&#39;ll play a key role in shaping the evolution of our product line, which powers AI-driven experiences across service, workplace, and website use cases in complex, highly integrated enterprise environments. </p><p>You&#39;ll define what we build, why it matters, and how we get it into the hands of users. This role is about more than managing a backlog, it&#39;s about driving product strategy, deeply understanding user needs, and collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders across development, product marketing, enablement, customer experience, and fellow product managers to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.</p><strong>Here is what you&#39;ll be responsible for: </strong><ul><li>Define and evolve the roadmap for our knowledge management solutions, balancing a bold long-term vision with near-term delivery priorities.</li><li>Translate customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements and technical direction.</li><li>Collaborate closely with other PMs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating a natural instinct to move initiatives forward.</li><li>Take full ownership of collaboration with development teams, proactively driving clarity, alignment, and momentum through the development lifecycle.</li><li>Partner closely with product marketing, enablement, and customer success teams to support successful launches and drive user adoption.</li><li>Communicate product priorities clearly to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.</li><li>Contribute to cross-product alignment across the Coveo ecosystem to ensure a cohesive and high-value experience for users.</li><li>Share your experience, best practices, and fresh ideas with the broader product team, helping to raise the bar and mentor others.</li></ul><strong>Here is what will qualify you for the role: </strong><ul><li>5+ years of full-stack product management experience with a proven track record of delivering enterprise software in large, structured product teams, including close collaboration with design teams.</li><li>Strong ability to define and translate complex technical features into meaningful business value and tangible user impact through clear product strategy and execution.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills paired with a collaborative, hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, rapidly evolving contexts.</li></ul><strong>Here is what will make you stand out:</strong><ul><li>A passion for AI and knowledge management technologies, backed by a history of product innovation.</li><li>Experience working in complex enterprise environments and delivering in-product integrations or embedded experiences within platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, and others.</li><li>An entrepreneurial, creative mindset with a "get things done" attitude and a bias for action.</li></ul><p>Do you think you can bring this role to life? </p><p>You don&#39;t need to check every single box; passion goes a long way and we appreciate that skillsets are transferable.
