The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion.</p><p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Title: Product Designer</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Experience:</b></p><p><b>Required Skills & Education:</b></p><ul><li>3+ years of digital design experience in native app and web design</li><li>Solid foundation in user experience best practices</li><li>Strong understanding of fundamental visual design principles such as composition, hierarchy, color, etc.</li><li>Experience crafting visually compelling pitch decks or concept presentations</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in a related field</li><li>Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, and proficiency with other standard design tools</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Portfolio Requirements</b></p><ul><li>4-5 of your best digital design projects</li><li>Must include mobile app design</li><li>Must show your design process and describe requirements of each project</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Location: 3 days/week onsite in Downtown, Canada</b></p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Salary Range: </b>The salary for this position is between $130k - $150k CAD annually.
