This role is suited for a stable and experienced professional seeking a long-term impact.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><ul><li>Reconcile monthly revenue and customer deposit activity across several operating locations</li><li>Calculate bi-weekly and monthly compensation for service providers</li><li>Support monthly and year-end close processes, including reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts</li><li>Oversee day-to-day expense tracking, credit card activity, and accounts payable approvals</li><li>Collaborate with operations to resolve discrepancies in clinic-level financial data</li><li>Assist with the integration of newly acquired sites, including financial onboarding and vendor setup</li><li>Participate in internal control improvements and finance process optimization</li><li>Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to address accounting or systems-related issues</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>Assist in preparation for the annual external audit</li></ul><strong>What You Bring</strong><ul><li>Master’s degree in commerce, accounting, or a related field</li><li>CPA designation (completed or in progress) is an asset</li><li>5+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting, preferably in a multi-site environment</li><li>Experience working with multiple currencies is an advantage</li><li>Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large financial datasets</li><li>Solid understanding of financial reporting principles</li><li>Ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset</li><li>Experience with ERP or accounting systems is preferred</li></ul><br /><strong>Why Join</strong><br />This is a great opportunity to work in a stable and collaborative environment where your expertise will have a meaningful impact on operational efficiency.
