With 60% of the Canadian population experiencing a type of hearing health issue in 2021, our teams are passionate about providing an exceptional client experience through their hearing journey, going above and beyond to provide relevant and meaningful solutions.</em><br /></p><p>We are looking for a multi-faceted <strong>Sales & Reception Coordinator</strong> (called "Client Care Coordinator" internally) to join our <strong>Winkler, MB HearCANADA clini</strong><strong>c</strong>! This would be a great career move for someone with strong retail sales and/or administration skills looking to join a growing team. This is a permanent full-time role and typical hours of work are <strong>8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday</strong>.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong><br /></p><ul><li>Act as the key point of contact for patients at our clinic with client-facing/front-desk responsibilities (answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients)</li><li>Perform administrative tasks (processing payments, maintaining client files, ordering supplies, receiving incoming mail and packages)</li><li>Educate patients on hearing device payment plans, insurance direct-billing, trial periods, and basic product questions with the goal of increasing sales and fostering loyalty to our services and products</li><li>Participate in ongoing HearCANADA branding and marketing initiatives to keep a strong brand-presence in our communities</li><li>Assist clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directed</li></ul><p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role</li><li>Experience in a sales/retail environment is strongly preferred </li><li>An energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community <span >partnerships/marketing</span></li><li>Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partner</li><li>Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office</li><li>A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required as the role will involve some work related (mileage is compensated) local travel to events/marketing engagements</li></ul><p><strong>What’s in it for you:</strong></p><ul><li>$21 - $24 / hour base compensation + additional earnings through our quarterly bonus program</li><li>Employer-paid benefits that start on your first day</li><li>Generous time off policies including 3 weeks of paid vacation, 7 paid personal days, + 1 paid volunteer day per year </li><li>RRSP employer matching program</li><li>Education assistance program and ongoing mentorship + professional development opportunities</li><li>A culture that promotes inclusivity and a shared passion in making a positive impact in our community</li></ul><p></p><p><em>HearCANADA is committed to fair and accessible employment practices, and we welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
