<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>Blachford Lake Lodge is operated by Arctic Kingdom Wilderness Lodge Operations and is hiring a Sales Manager based in our Yellowknife office. This position manages the office in addition to the sales duties. A keen eye for detail is required, as is the ability to be flexible with a work schedule can be necessary on occasion.</p><p></p><p>Servicing and working with an off-grid community environment requires flexibility, communication, and the expectation that no day is the same. There are job requirements that may not be listed here.</p><p></p><p>Yellowknife Office</p><ul><li>Assisting to set up and organize our Yellowknife office location</li><li>Cleaning of the Yellowknife office location</li><li>Oversee Expediting and crosschecking schedules and manifests</li><li>Office administration</li></ul><p></p><p>Sales & Bookings</p><ul><li>Generate leads, close deals, and book clients from around the world.<ul><li>Direct, agent and wholesale bookings</li></ul></li><li>Generate leads and close deals with institutional clients in NWT</li><li>Work within Hubspot and keep pipelines neat and up to date<br /></li><li>Arrange commission cheques for any travel agent bookings as required</li><li>Manage in-trade relationships with wholesalers and agents</li><li>Reporting as required</li><li>Cold Calls</li><li>Work with marketing to develop sales materials</li><li>Implement 2025 sales plan</li><li>Attend tradeshows on behalf of Blachford Lodge (both in the NWT and outside the NWT in various parts of Canada and international destinations if required)</li><li>Other ancillary revenue as directed<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Community Support Program</p><ul><li>Engage in community programs on behalf of Blachford.</li><li>Conduct due diligence for community programs in accordance with Blachfords mission and advocacy prior to providing sponsorship or donation.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Mandatory Certificates & Qualifications:</p><ul><li>3+ years experience as a Sales Manager</li><li>Class 5 drivers license with drivers abstract</li><li>Criminal record check</li><li>Valid passport</li><li>Must be able to use multiple computer applications and cell phones.
