Term: The term of this position is 75 Business Days. Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Hybrid"; the resource may be required to work onsite as per Hiring Manager discretion. Eligibility and application steps and required documents are provided in the original posting.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Work with Ontario Health (OH) teams in development of a Breach Response Strategy</li><li>Work with OH teams to create service recovery processes in the event of a breach</li><li>Develop the flow to recover the ONE ID service</li><li>Document the final design, installation, configuration, and integration procedures for all environments</li><li>Work collaboratively with other Ontario Health teams such as cloud, database, networking, and infrastructure</li><li>Provide weekly updates to team leads and project manager</li></ul><h3>Required Experience / Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience as a solution Architect on Oracle 12C Identity Access and Identity Management</li><li>Minimum 7 years’ experience in breach prevention and response strategy development with IAM systems</li><li>Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in IAM service recovery, on-prem, cloud and hybrid based</li><li>Over 5 years of experience in breach consulting service</li><li>Must be at expert level in Security Assertion Mark-up Language, SMAL 2.0, and OAuth 2.0</li><li>Experience translating conceptual to logical to physical application architecture in alignment with business and architecture</li><li>Able to articulate technical issues and provide options to resolve them clearly and concisely</li><li>Able to produce clear and concise documentation including design/architecture documents, deployment and integration guides, and physical application design documents</li></ul><h3>Desirable / Skills</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of general IAM operation best practices</li><li>Experience triaging, analyzing, diagnosing (troubleshooting), evaluating options, and resolving application problems related to identity and access management systems</li><li>Knowledge of IT security technologies particularly encryption and authentication technologies such as PKI and TLS/SSL</li><li>Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; team-oriented</li><li>Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence</li></ul><h3>Deliverables</h3><ul><li>Develop a detailed report on the current ONE ID IAM service architecture and operation processes</li><li>Identify breach types the current ONE ID system design can handle</li><li>Identify breaches the current ONE ID system is incapable of handling</li><li>Identify a comprehensive breach strategy for the ONE ID system</li><li>Provide options to improve the system to recover from various breach scenarios</li><li>Options should range from simple to complex with rough cost and effort estimates</li><li>Include a breach-tolerant architecture for the 2.0 cloud-based evolution and quick recovery</li></ul><h3>Notes</h3><ul><li>Public Sector Experience: No</li><li>Deliverables include documentation; references to the multi-phase ONE ID upgrade plan</li><li>Contact: hrsmss@smsoftconsulting.com for application submission (mandatory documents required)</li></ul></p>
