Youll gain in-depth knowledge of the tourism industry while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.</p><p><br /></p><p>Term</p><p>This is a Full-time year-round position.</p><p><br /></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Experience in the travel/tourism industry or administrative support preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently</li><li>Proficiency in basic computer programs and booking systems (training provided)</li><li>Comfortable working with data entry and handling high volumes of bookings</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach</li><li>Professional and customer-focused demeanor when assisting guests and guides</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>A Sample of Daily Tasks</p><ul><li>Check and process wholesale bookingsto ensure accuracy and availability.</li><li>Input wholesale requests and confirm detailswith partners and suppliers.</li><li>Respond to guest and partner emailspromptly and professionally.</li><li>Support guides and guestsby troubleshooting operational issues as they arise via phone.</li><li>Communicate efficientlywith internal teams to ensure smooth tour operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate recordsof bookings, changes, and special requests.</li><li>Monitor schedules and availability, flagging any discrepancies or overbookings.</li><li>Assist with administrative dutiessuch as reporting, invoicing, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure all booking and operational proceduresare followed correctly.</li><li>Other duties as requiredto support the team and enhance guest experiences.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Competitive wage structure</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development within the company</li><li>Supportive work environment in a key behind-the-scenes role</li><li>Monthly staff events and a team-oriented workplace</li><li>Staff accommodation available</li><li>RRSP matching after 3 months</li><li>Vacation pay</li><li>4 days on, 3 days off schedule (10-hour shifts)</li><li>Salary: From $21.00 per hour</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>If youre highly organized, enjoy working behind the scenes, and want to contribute to a smooth and successful guest experience in the Canadian Rockies, wed love to have you on our team!</p></p></p>
