Apply today!</p><b>Compensation:</b><p>$150,000+</p><b>Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly</li><li>Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business </li><li>Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched</li><li>Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service</li><li>Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales</li></ul><b>Qualifications:</b><ul><li>Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies</li><li>Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research </li><li>Team player who believes their success is the team’s success</li><li>Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Completes tasks quickly and efficiently</li></ul><b>About Company</b><br /><p>Join the #1 Century 21 Real Estate firm* in Canada for 14 consecutive years!
