<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Tasks</strong></p><ul><li>Follow all safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Responsible for in-process inspection and test verification for Quality, Food Packaging Safety and other requirements.</li><li>Ensure all QA bench-top test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.</li><li>Responsible for documentation, sampling and quarantining of non-conforming material. Maintains other sample requirements as defined.</li><li>Must be comfortable working with quality testing equipment at the site.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications, Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Associates degree preferred with a concentration in mathematics.</li><li>Two (2) to five (5) years&#39; experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Prior quality experience in a similar role utilizing testing equipment, strongly preferred.</li><li>Candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively communicate, get along with others, positive attitude and well organized.</li><li>Solid working knowledge of quality processes and related manufacturing.</li><li> Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook</li><li> Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of <span >confidential/sensitive</span> information.</li><li> Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.</li><li>Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.</li><li>Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Shift schedule is from 4 pm - 12 am which will be including a shift premium</li></ul></p></p>
