<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>JOM Pharma is expanding its cold chain logistics capacity at our Shepherdsville, KY site and is seeking a highly motivated <b>Project Manager</b> to lead this initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or logistics sectors, with experience in cold chain supply and compliance standards being highly desirable.</p><h3>Location</h3><p>Location: Shepherdsville, KY (Onsite)</p><h3>Duration</h3><p>Duration: 2-Year Contract</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for cold chain logistics expansion initiatives.</li><li>Develop project charters, timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, IT, and supply chain.</li><li>Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party contractors involved in facility expansion and cold chain solutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, GDP, and other regulatory standards related to pharmaceutical cold chain operations.</li><li>Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Track and report progress to leadership and key stakeholders through dashboards, presentations, and status reports.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in logistics and storage practices to support product integrity and patient safety.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li><li>5+ years of <b>project management experience</b>, with exposure to <b>pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments</b>.</li><li>Experience with <b>cold chain logistics, warehouse expansion, or supply chain facility projects</b> strongly preferred.</li><li>Solid understanding of <b>GxP compliance, FDA, and GDP requirements</b>.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>PMP certification is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Seniority level</h3><ul><li>Mid-Senior level</li></ul><h3>Employment type</h3><ul><li>Contract</li></ul><h3>Job function</h3><ul><li>Management</li></ul><h3>Industries</h3><ul><li>Pharmaceutical Manufacturing</li><li>Biotechnology Research</li><li>IT Services and IT Consulting</li></ul></p>
