Take the leap and make your mark at Plan Group! </p><p>As an <strong>Project Coordinator, Electrical Construction</strong>, you: </p><ul><li>Support Project Managers and Site Supervisors to develop and actively maintain the project schedule and ensure project targets are achieved. </li><li>Maintain and update document control logs and follow through on project management procedures: change orders, as-built drawings, close out documents. </li><li>Provide status updates of work in progress and support with project forecasting, cost control and Plan Group's T.I.M.E. efficiency program. </li><li>Coordinate equipment and material deliveries and provide oversight of sub-trades. </li><li>Participate in site meetings and document meeting minutes. </li><li>Maintain records of all materials used and the progress made on the job in line with company guidelines. </li><li>Proactively identify and bring to management's attention potential problems and/or schedule delays. </li></ul><p><strong>Our ideal candidate has: </strong></p><ul><li>You have related Electrical Engineering post-secondary education.</li><li>You have a minimum of one (1) year of related experience; trade experience is a definite asset.</li><li>You are proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project; experience with scheduling software such as Primavera an asset. </li><li>You have experience analyzing and understanding mechanical construction drawings and experience working on commercial projects. </li></ul></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
