This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow with a company that values accountability, collaboration, and long-term success.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Support Project Managers and Site Supervisors in coordinating all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through to close-out.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.</p></li><li><p>Assist in project scheduling, tracking budgets, and monitoring progress against timelines.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and contract specifications.</p></li><li><p>Provide ongoing support to project teams, facilitating communication between office and field staff.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>3–5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator within the ICI construction sector.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project documentation.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to project management software (MS Project, Procore, etc.) an asset.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.</p></li></ul><p>Compensation</p><ul><li><p>Competitive base salary in the range of <strong>$65,000 – $80,000</strong>, commensurate with experience.</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive benefits package.</p></li><li><p>Opportunity for long-term growth within a stable and well-established builder.</p></li></ul></p></p>
