<p><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Manage and troubleshoot company products.</li><li>Develop new features and updates.</li><li>Create customized solutions based on customer needs.</li><li>Design and review new systems being developed by the team.</li><li>Train and mentor junior resources.</li><li>Provide technical roadmap and R&D.</li><li>Assist junior resources in reviewing/debugging any issues.</li><li>Create customized reports for specific clients.</li><li>Communicate with stakeholders and train offshore staff members.</li><li>Manage live systems including deployment and backup on live servers.</li><li>Design and manage databases for new/current systems.</li><li>Collaborate with the networks team for troubleshooting or configurations.</li><li>Monitor system health from time to time.</li><li>Manage code for all projects being developed, including TFS repo creation, users, and roles management.</li><li>Act as a product owner and perform the following:</li><ul><li>Gather requirements from stakeholders.</li><li>Create project plans with the scrum team.</li><li>Design, create, and review technical documents.</li><li>Create technical workflows and wireframes.</li><li>Refine backlog and manage team tasks.</li><li>Review development work with the scrum team.</li></ul></ul><p><u><strong>Requirements & Skills:</strong></u></p><p>• 12-15 years of .NET (MVC / Core) development experience.</p><p>• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET).</p><p>• Hands-on understanding and knowledge of:</p><ul><li>Entity Framework and ADO.NET.</li><li>Object Oriented Analysis and Design.</li><li>HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Axios API client.</li><li>Database Designing and T-SQL Programming for MS SQL.</li></ul><p>• Practical knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.</p><p>• Understanding of Git repository systems like TFS or GitHub.</p><p>• Knowledge of JIRA (issue tracking system).</p><p>• Knowledge of REST API development.</p><p>• Knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms Development.</p><p>• Practical knowledge of using Postman for API testing.</p><p>• A keen eye for detail.</p><p>• Strong communication skills.</p><p>• Understanding of Twilio programmable communication APIs will be a plus.</p><p>• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.</p><p><u><strong>Work Mode:</strong></u></p><p>Work from Office.</p><p><u><strong>Shift Time:</strong></u></p><p>10am-7pm</p><p><u><strong>Location:</strong></u></p><p>DHA Sector F Rwp.</p>
