Our Lansdale Systems Design team needs your skills! We are looking for an <strong>RF Systems Design Engineer</strong> who will leverage broad technical knowledge across scientific disciplines to design, analyze, plan, and develop major subsystems and small-scale systems, primarily in RF Electronic Warfare (EW), including Radar Warning, Situational Awareness, Interferometry/Direction Finding, Electronic Attack, and RF Counter Measures.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>As part of our engineering team, you will:</p><ul><li>Define system architectures using functional elements like RF amplification, antennas, power, mechanical, digital/analog, I/O, SW/FW</li><li>Manage requirements, develop block diagrams, perform trade studies, and generate models or simulations</li><li>Lead technical research, testing, documentation, and presentations</li><li>Work closely with other disciplines to ensure designs meet performance, cost, schedule, and reliability goals</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Minimum:</h3><ul><li>B.S. in Electrical Engineering, RF systems, Physics, or equivalent</li><li>8+ years of RF component experience</li><li>2+ years in requirements management (e.g., DOORS, Jama)</li><li>8+ years in RF/microwave concepts and terminology</li><li>5+ years working with frequencies from microwave to millimeter wave (2-40 GHz)</li><li>Laboratory experience with RF test equipment</li><li>Eligibility to access controlled US technology and ability to obtain security clearance</li></ul><h3>Preferred:</h3><ul><li>12+ years in RF, especially in EW, Defense, or Aerospace</li><li>Experience designing for EW, radar, or communication systems</li><li>Knowledge of RF/microwave principles, circuit design, and simulation tools</li><li>Active DOD Secret Clearance</li></ul><p>We are interested in all qualified candidates eligible to work in the US; we cannot sponsor visas.</p><h3>Compensation</h3><p>RF Systems Design Engineer IV: $134k - $207k; RF Systems Design Engineer V: $157k - $244k. Salary may vary based on location, education, and experience.
