This position involves operating high-pressure water blasting equipment and performing various industrial cleaning duties to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Flexibility is required for day, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts.</p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority every day, year-round</li><li>Competitive hourly rate</li><li>Growth and skill development opportunities</li><li>Positive, team-oriented environment</li></ul><p><strong>Key Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment (40,000 PSI) and other specialized cleaning tools</li><li>Complete facility cleaning tasks, including equipment, work areas, and general spaces</li><li>Inspect cleaned surfaces to ensure quality standards are met</li><li>Safely work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying temperature environments</li><li>Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs</li><li>Follow all workplace safety procedures and protocols</li><li>Operate industrial cleaning machinery (e.g., scrubbers, forklifts an asset)</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>6 months of previous experience with industrial cleaning or high-pressure water equipment</li><li>Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and nights</li><li>Physically fit for prolonged standing, bending, climbing, and lifting</li><li>Strong understanding of workplace safety practices</li><li>Valid drivers license (may be required depending on duties)</li><li>Ability to understand and follow safety instructions in English</li><li>Certification in workplace safety standards</li></ul></p></p>
