<p><strong>The Payroll and Benefits Administrator</strong> will be responsible for preparation and administration </p><p>of a bi-weekly payroll along with administration of benefits and other employee plans. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong> </p><ul><li>Responsible for ensuring Payroll runs are accurate and completed on a timely manner. </li><li>Process: </li><li>Terminations: pay in lieu, severance pay, ROE. </li><li>Special payments and annual salary increases. </li><li>Manual cheques as required. </li><li>Internal billing. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Possess a diploma or equivalent business experience, must have ADP experience. </li><li>Possess Payroll Certificate. </li><li>2-4 years’ experience processing payroll (hourly and salaried) and benefits </li><li>administration. </li><li>Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language. </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong reporting </li><li>skills in Excel.</li></ul>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
