<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for a <strong>Payroll and Benefits Administrator</strong> that has the capacity to assist with HR and/or Accounting at S3's Head Office in <strong>Swift Current, SK</strong>. This is a full-time position starting immediately, which offers great compensation and a lot of room for career growth. </p><p><strong>Since 1966, our company has been designing and building specialized equipment, products, and custom components for end-users and other manufacturers around the world</strong>. S3 fosters a respectful, teamwork environment where ideas are valued and everyone contributes with significance.</p><p>The ideal candidate should have a well-rounded background in payroll, benefits, HR and/or accounting experience as well as strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. The Payroll and Benefits Administrator manages all aspects of the company's bi-weekly payroll, administers the employee benefits program, and prepares annual T4 and WCB filings. This is a great fit for someone looking to join a dynamic and growing organization where they can have a positive impact on the team around them.</p><p><strong>Duties (include but are not limited to):</strong></p><ul><li>Manage timekeeping systems for both payroll and costing</li><li>Process bi-weekly payroll for Canadian entities, including appropriate remittances and reconciliations and Prepare monthly payroll metrics reports for management</li><li>Prepare annual T4s and WCB filings</li><li>Administer employee benefits programs and manage absence tracking system</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Experience & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2+ years' experience in business preferably with multiple payrolls</li><li>Preference given to candidates with Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) and Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designations</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable interacting with all employees.</li><li>High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel & Word</li><li>Positive and cooperative team player and capable of working with minimal supervision and proven confidentiality.</li></ul><p><strong>Please apply with a cover letter & resume</strong></p></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
