Job Description
<p>We are seeking an experienced, proactive and professional Part-Time Telesales Appointment Maker to join our cleaning services team to generate new business appointments, marketing our services to a diverse sector of growing clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting with potential clients and develop ongoing conversations. This role is part-time; three hours per day across three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using data provided by the company.</p><p>· Promote our cleaning services and schedule appointments with potential clients.</p><p>· Respond to inquiries about our cleaning solutions and provide relevant information.</p><p>· Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments.</p><p>· Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure appointments are effectively managed.</p><p>· Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.</p><p>· Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and rapport with clients.</p><p>· Identify new prospects and build databases.</p><p><strong>Working Hours:</strong></p><p>· Part-time: 15 hours per week.</p><p>· Schedule: Monday to Friday (3 hours a day).</p><p>· Times of Work; 10am to 2pm</p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> £12.60 per hour <em>(We are a Real Living Wage employer), Performance related bonus</em></p><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications Required:</strong></p><p>· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.</p><p>· Previous experience in generating new business leads is essential, preferably within the cleaning or service industry.</p><p>· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>· Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.</p><p>· Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.</p><p>· Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections professionally.</p><p>Company Pension Available</p><p>Free on-site parking</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
