We specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial painting work. This is a full-time position with year-round employment.</p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Perform professional painting services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients</li><li>Prepare surfaces for painting, including proper cleaning, scraping, and sanding</li><li>Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all equipment is properly maintained</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear</li><li>Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients</li><li>Assist with other related tasks as assigned by supervisor</li></ul><p>Required Skills and Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Previous painting experience</li><li>Professional and customer-oriented approach</li><li>No subcontractors please</li><li>Hardworking with a positive attitude</li><li>Ability to work in a team and independently</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license and access to a vehicle is an asset</li><li>Licenses and certifications such as WHMIS and Working at Heights are an asset</li></ul><p>Salary and Benefits:</p><p>The salary range for this position is $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience. We offer full-time employment with year-round job security.
