<p></p><p>Oracle CX Cloud Solutions Architect</p><p>Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)</p><p>Type: Full-time / Contract</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description:</p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CX Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Oracle CX solutions. This hybrid role requires a combination of technical expertise and functional knowledge to support sales performance management initiatives for enterprise clients.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Design, configure, and implement Oracle CX solutions</p><p>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand sales incentive requirements</p><p>Translate business needs into scalable solution architectures</p><p>Lead end-to-end solution delivery – from requirements gathering to go-live</p><p>Ensure data integrity, integration with other systems (CRM, ERP), and reporting accuracy</p><p>Provide guidance to technical and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle</p><p>Support UAT, training, and post-implementation stabilization</p><p>Required Skills & Experience:</p><p><br></p><p>10+ years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud</p><p>Strong understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Compensation Design</p><p>Experience with integration to Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, CRM)</p><p>Hands-on expertise in plan design, crediting, calculation, and payout processes</p><p>Excellent communication and client-facing skills</p><p>Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional onsite presence in Toronto Canada</p>
