As an operations assistant, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of our rubber tracks for the defense, agricultural, industrial and recreational sectors. If you're looking for a job that requires rigor, coordination and the use of your physical abilities, this is the job for you!</p><br><p><b>In this position, you'll have the opportunity to :</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Perform stretching, perforating, stapling, rolling, identification, washing, painting, deburring, jointing, packaging, and various handling operations</li><li>Perform assembly operations on rubber parts (windows)</li><li>Load and unload a press in various areas of activity</li><li>Use raw materials, equipment, and tools efficiently while complying with specified quality standards</li><li>Notify the warehouse attendant of any upcoming raw material requirements or container changes</li><li>Check that the product complies with established quality standards and notify the quality assurance inspector or team leader of any suspected issues</li><li>During downtime, assist your coworker in performing their tasks</li><li>Notify the finisher if there is a malfunction in the equipment or tools</li><li>Supply your workstation with raw materials</li><li>Complete the various quality control and production forms</li><li>Keep your workplace clean</li><li>Perform any other tasks requested by your immediate supervisor</li></ul><br><p></p><p></p><ul><li>Permanent full-time position</li><li><b>Shift:</b> Day or night shifts (x12h + 1 Saturday/month)</li><li><b>Salary:</b> starting at $27.34/hr + salary progression over 2 years</li><li><b>Shift premium:</b> $2.50/hr night / $1.25/hr 12 hr</li></ul><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>Can you see yourself in this position?
