We believe in the power of collective action and are looking for a passionate individual eager to make a difference.</p><p>Together, we can create a legacy of care, compassion, and progress.</p><p></p><p><strong>POSITION:</strong> Office Coordinator</p><p> Primary Site: Stratford</p><p> Full-Time (M-F with occasional weekend and evening responsibilities)</p><p></p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>The Office Coordinator plays a key role in providing high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team and maintains the day-to-day operations of the Stratford General Hospital Foundation office. This position requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities to ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively. The role also involves planning and coordinating special events, requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external supporters.</p><p></p><p><strong>REPORTS TO:</strong> Executive Director, Foundation</p><p></p><p><strong>DATE REQUIRED:</strong> As soon as possible</p><p></p><p><strong>SALARY:</strong> $51,246 per annum</p><p></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>- Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.</p><p></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office <span >coordinator/administrative</span> position or similar role.</p><p></p><p><strong>Competencies and Skills:</strong></p><p>- Professionalism. A high degree of discretion and maturity in handling confidential information.</p><p>- Must be very detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.</p><p>- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.</p><p>- Must be solution-driven with a constant desire to make things more effective and efficient.</p><p>- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.</p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p><p>- Highly organized and resourceful; able to handle multiple tasks within short timelines and prioritize effectively.</p><p>- Strong interpersonal skills.</p><p>- Strategic thinker.</p><p>- Goal-setting and achievement-oriented.</p><p>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM experience and other relevant software.</p><p>- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>- Discretion and confidentiality.</p><p>- Must be proactive, capable of working independently, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.</p><p>- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.</p><p>- Passionate about continued learning and development opportunities for professional growth.</p><p>- Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle is required.</p><p></p><p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p><p>- Majority of the time is office setting but flexible to travel to offsite locations </p><p>- Flexible working hours, including weekends/evenings when required for special events </p><p>- Flexibility to occasionally work from home</p><p></p><p>This job posting is being advertised for an existing vacancy within the organization.
