We’re looking for a motivated professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for continuous improvement.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform <strong>preventive and corrective maintenance</strong> on packaging & production equipment</p></li><li><p><strong>Diagnose and repair</strong> mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues</p></li><li><p>Work with <strong>electrical systems, PLCs, sensors, and automation controls</strong> (if certified)</p></li><li><p>Minimize downtime while maintaining high <strong>safety and GMP standards</strong></p></li><li><p>Keep detailed <strong>maintenance logs and documentation</strong></p></li><li><p>Assist with <strong>equipment installations, upgrades</strong>, and process improvements</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with production teams to solve recurring technical problems</p></li><li><p>Maintain a <strong>clean, organized, and compliant</strong> work environment</p></li></ul><p>✅ <strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li><p>3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (<strong>packaging or manufacturing preferred</strong>)</p></li><li><p><strong>433A Millwright License</strong> (preferred or in progress)</p></li><li><p>Strong <strong>mechanical troubleshooting</strong> abilities</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>conveyors, fillers, sealers</strong>, and automated lines</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and interpret <strong>blueprints, schematics, and manuals</strong></p></li><li><p><span >Welding/fabrication</span> experience is a <strong>plus</strong></p></li><li><p>Effective communication and teamwork skills</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to work <strong>shifts and overtime</strong> when required</p></li></ul></p></p>
