<p><b>Job Title : MRB Engineer</b></p><p><b>Location : Calgary, Alberta (Onsite)</b></p><p><b>Duration : Full Time </b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Position Overview:</b></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Material Review Board (MRB) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The MRB Engineer will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving non-conformance issues related to aircraft structures, systems, and components. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure compliance with design, regulatory, and safety requirements. </p><p> </p><p><b>Qualifications & Experience: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or related field). </li><li>5+ years of experience in MRB engineering within the aerospace industry. </li><li>Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, composites, systems, and materials. </li><li>Experience working with aerospace industry regulations (e.g., FAA, TCCA, EASA). </li><li>Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks) and analysis tools. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound engineering decisions under pressure. </li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities. </li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Please find the below key points which would help in finding the profiles.</b></p><ul><li>Material Review Board (MRB) Engineer for aircraft structures, systems, and components</li><li>Experience on structural and system analysis to assess the impact of discrepancies</li><li>Experience on reviewing, analyzing, and resolving non-conformance issues</li><li>Should be able to work closely with other Stakeholder to dispose Non-Conformances</li><li>Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks) and analysis tools</li><li>Experience on aircraft structures, composites, systems, and materials</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b> Key Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li>Evaluate and disposition non-conforming parts, materials, and assemblies through the MRB process. </li><li>Perform structural and system analysis to assess the impact of discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective actions. </li><li>Collaborate with design, stress, and manufacturing engineering teams to develop effective repair solutions. </li><li>Ensure all MRB actions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. </li><li>Prepare and document technical justifications for repair or rework activities. </li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MRB efficiency and reduce rework. </li><li>Provide technical support to production and quality teams regarding MRB-related issues. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and reports for MRB activities and corrective actions.</li></ul><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
