<p>Job Title: Mechanical Assembler I Location: Airdrie, Canada<br/>What You’ll Do<br/>As a Mechanical Assembler I, you will play a key role in assembling and mounting mechanical components and sub-assemblies by following standard layouts, schematics, and customer drawing packages. Your responsibilities will include:<br/>Assembling and mounting mechanical and sub-assembly components to build complete structures.<br/>Assembling products with standard options by interpreting customer drawings and schematics.<br/>Assembling products with non-standard options under the guidance of a more experienced Mechanical Assembler.<br/>Completing required documentation and checklists accurately.<br/>Delivering completed sub-assemblies to the appropriate production areas.<br/>Responsibilities<br/>Reporting to the Production Manager, this position focuses on:<br/>Mounting basic mechanical components using standard layouts and options.<br/>Performing sub-assembly tasks as needed.<br/>Gaining and developing advanced mechanical skills under supervision.<br/>Required Qualifications<br/>High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.<br/>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>Ability to work effectively as part of a team.<br/>Preferred Skills<br/>Familiarity with basic wiring schematic symbols is an asset.<br/>Previous mechanical assembly experience is preferred but not required.</p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
