<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Manufacturing Team Leader</p><p>Location: Richmond Hill | Yarl Metal Fabrications</p><p>Yarl Metal Fabrications is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Team</p><p>Leader to drive production success.</p><p>What You’ll Do:</p><p></p><ul><li> Lead a team across laser, brake press, welding, finishing, and assembly.</li><li> Provide support and guidance with press brake set-ups & troubleshooting.</li><li> Run daily huddles, ensure schedules are met, and maintain quality & safety.</li><li> Coach and develop team members, driving continuous improvement.</li></ul><p></p><p>What We’re Looking For:</p><p></p><ul><li> 3–5 years manufacturing experience (metal fabrication preferred).</li><li> Solid knowledge of press brake forming; other fabrication processes.</li><li> Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li> Ability to read technical drawings; ERP/Microsoft Office experience.</li></ul><p></p><p>Why Join Us?</p><p></p><ul><li> Competitive pay & benefits.
