This role is work-from-anywhere in Alberta, Canada. eXp Realty is a global full-service real estate brokerage utilizing a 3-D, fully immersive, cloud office environment, offering 24/7 access to collaborative tools & training. This role supports brokerage operations at the provincial level and helps ensure compliance with license laws, association membership, MLS participation, transaction review, risk management, and technology adoption. The candidate should have a strong track record as a supervising real estate broker/manager and the ability to lead teams, implement systems, processes, and new technologies that drive efficiency and agent success.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>As a key participant on the eXp Realty provincial leadership team, ensure that eXp delivers exceptional brokerage support to agents in their representation of clients and customers.</li><li>Timely and promptly respond to agents' requests for assistance.</li><li>Assist agents with necessary processes to ensure quick transfer of license.</li><li>Liaison between agents and other internal departments when necessary.</li><li>Promote practices that ensure the safety and well-being of all agents.</li><li>Promote a culture that is positive and supportive, upholding eXp Realty’s core values: collaboration, transparency, integrity, agility, and agent-centricity.</li><li>Embrace, utilize, and actively promote adoption of eXp technology, tools, and platforms (including Skyslope, Task Center, DocAI, CRM of Choice, Slack, and Workplace).</li><li>Train and coach agents on the effective use of eXp’s technology stack and new tech initiatives to maximize productivity, efficiency, and client experience.</li><li>Take initiative in piloting and adopting new technology solutions that streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance agent support.</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing compliance requirements with innovation.</li><li>Provide ongoing contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance.</li><li>Conduct and oversee training sessions on contracts, risk management, compliance, licensing, and technology adoption.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with regulatory compliance, company policies, and operational excellence.</li><li>Support innovation in how eXp can efficiently serve its growing provincial agent base through tech-enabled processes and AI-powered tools.</li><li>Provide guidance, support, and coaching to agents in both compliance and business development.</li><li>Prepare monthly reports on Brokerage Operations and tech adoption key indicators.</li><li>Other accountabilities as assigned.</li></ul><h3>How you will grab our attention</h3><ul><li>Holds an active real estate license with continuing education credits in real estate management, legal compliance, and technology adoption.</li><li>Experience in managing a brokerage firm, preferably from an operations, compliance, and technology leadership perspective.</li><li>Deep knowledge of real estate law, regulations, FINTRAC, Privacy Act, CREA Code of Ethics, and MLS Rules.</li><li>Strong aptitude for learning, adopting, and training others on new technology.</li><li>Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Collaborative and capable of working with internal partners and staff to achieve successful outcomes.</li><li>Ability to think operationally, strategically, and technologically to achieve business goals.</li><li>Strong sense of urgency, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability.</li><li>Highest degree of integrity.</li><li>Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment.</li><li>Member of the Canadian Real Estate Association.</li><li>Proficiency in eXp technology platforms (Skyslope, CRM of Choice, Slack, DocAI, etc.) preferred.</li></ul><h3>What eXp Realty Provides</h3><ul><li>Employer paid Medical coverage, as well as Dental & Vision benefits</li><li>Company supplied equipment; laptop, monitor, headset</li><li>RRSP with up to a 4% match</li><li>Stock option grant</li><li>Fully remote environment</li><li>Amazing company culture</li><li>And more…</li></ul><p><u>EEO Statement :</u> We believe strongly in the value of diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed.
