<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are seeking an <b>Intermediate .NET Developer</b> with strong experience in <b>C#, Docker, and Azure</b>, and ideally some exposure to <b>Python</b>. You’ll be joining a collaborative development team working on internal business products as well as client customer facing projects. This role is ideal for a developer who has moved past entry-level, is confident working independently, and is looking to take ownership of projects while still learning and growing.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain applications and services using <b>.NET (C#)</b> for internal products and for external client customer projects.</li><li>Work on backend and API development.</li><li>Work on the customer site for client projects reporting to the client technical lead.</li><li>Build, containerise, and deploy applications using <b>Docker</b> and <b>Azure DevOps</b>.</li><li>Implement cloud solutions leveraging <b>Microsoft Azure services</b> (e.g., App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus).</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems.</li><li>Collaborate with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation for faster, more reliable deployments.</li><li>(Ideally) Apply <b>Python</b> skills in scripting, automation, or data-related integrations.</li><li>Mentor junior developers</li></ul><h3>Skills & Experience Required</h3><ul><li>3+ years professional software development experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>C# and the .NET framework (.NET Core preferred)</b>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <b>Docker</b> (containerisation and orchestration).</li><li>Solid understanding of <b>Microsoft Azure cloud services</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>CI/CD pipelines</b> and DevOps practices.</li><li>Knowledge of <b>SQL and relational databases</b>.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.</li><li>Able to work and communicate with customers directly including on site.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>(Nice to have) Experience with <b>Python</b> for scripting, automation, or data tasks.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits.</li><li>5 weeks vacation</li><li>37.5 hour week</li><li>Opportunities for training and professional growth.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive team environment.</li><li>Exposure to modern cloud-native development practices.</li><li>Flexible working arrangements (hybrid/remote options).</li></ul></p>
