<p><u>Terms of employment:</u> Permanent, Full-time, Day shift</p>
<p><u>Wage Range:</u> $300,000 to $500,000 annually (Fee for Service); 40 hours/week</p>

<p><u>Overhead:</u> Competitive overhead split to be negotiated</p>
<p>Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible</p>

<p><u>Experience:</u> 1 to less than 2 years</p>
<p><b>Work Setting:</b> Urban area, Private practice</p>
<p><u>Job Description:</u> Collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals; examine patients’ health conditions to identify diseases and injuries; help patients develop healthy habits, break old habits, and reshape their approach to wellness; order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures; consult with other medical practitioners; prescribe and administer medications and treatments; perform and assist in routine surgeries; deliver babies and provide prenatal and postnatal care; advise patients on health care; report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases to authorities; act as a patient advocate; coordinate or manage primary patient care; provide acute care management; offer counseling and support to patients and families on health and lifestyle issues.</p>
<p><u>Credentials:</u> Eligible for licensure by the College of Physicians and Surgeons Alberta (CPSA)</p>
<p>Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment; work under pressure; physically demanding; attention to detail; standing for extended periods; a combination of sitting, standing, walking; large workload</p>
