As a Guest Services Representative with Executive Suites Hotel and Resort Squamish you will have the opportunity to create lasting memories for every guest; welcoming them from the moment they walk in the doors!</strong></p><p><strong> Hotel Overview: Executive Suites Hotel and Resort Squamish provides a choice of 111 Studio, One or Two Bedroom Hotel Suites that offer comfortable, mountain-influenced, condo-style accommodations with world-class amenities and scenic views.</strong></p><p><strong> Summary of Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong> Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Checking guests in and out of hotel per Executive Hotel Standards</li><li>Handles guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner</li><li>Oversees VIP guests; arrivals and departures</li><li>Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment</li><li>Cross-trained in all functions of the Front office department: Night Audit, Switchboard, etc.</li><li>Reservations- comfortable with booking reservations</li><li>Processing guests’ accounts</li><li>Works with a balanced a cash float</li><li>Provides excellent customer service as per hotel standards</li><li>Greets guests as they enter and exit the hotel.</li><li>Provides information regarding the Hotel, town attractions, activities etc.</li></ul><br><br><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><br /><ul><li>•Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>•Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities</li><li>•Highly responsible & reliable</li><li>•Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team</li><li>•Ability to work well unsupervised, at a fast pace while maintaining quality standards</li><li>•Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times</li><li>•Impeccable grooming and presentation</li><li>•Completely fluent English language skills, both written and verbal</li><li>•Commitment to provide excellent service and exceed guests&#39; expectations</li><li>•Must be available to work varying shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays</li><li>Already living in Squamish</li></ul><br><br><strong>ABOUT THE COMPANY</strong><br /><p></p><p><br /></p></p></p>
