We are looking to add only the best In-Home and flooring sales rep to our team. You&#39;ll be working directly with the local owner and our small team to provide our clients with a great experience. To thrive in this role, youll need to be self-motivated, an independent worker, a great communicator, highly organized, and enjoy a team atmosphere. We are looking for an individual who isnt afraid to work hard, including some evenings and weekends. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.<br><br><strong>Compensation Package:</strong><br /><ul><li>Guaranteed Base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $100k - $110k)</li><li>Company vehicle</li><li>Gas Card</li><li>Cell phone allowance</li><li>Company laptop, tablet</li><li>Vacation/PTO</li></ul><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Follow Floor Coverings International processes and systems</li><li>Run company provided leads</li><li>Networking within your specific market to self generate leads</li><li>Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests</li><li>Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager</li><li>Communicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothly</li><li>Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business</li><li>Engage in on-going <span >training/educational</span> requirements (may involve travel at company expense)</li></ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br /><ul><li>Minimum 1 year experience in In-Home sales</li><li>Flooring sales experience is preferred but not required</li><li>Proven track record of being a $1 million and up rep</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license</li><li>Ability to successfully pass a background check, including a clean driving record, and other pre-employment screening.</li></ul><br /></p></p>
