We’re looking for a talented <strong>Finance Manager</strong> to bring fresh ideas, drive results, and help us achieve our vision of Minth Windsor Manufacturing.</p><p><br />In this role, the Finance Manager will oversee company-wide financial operations, compliance reporting, and preparation of monthly/annual consolidated financial statements. Other responsibilities includes: </p><ul><li>Lead the establishment, maintenance, and optimization of production costing systems, conduct in-depth variance analysis, and manage inventory valuation</li><li>Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, execution monitoring, and provide key financial analysis for decision support</li><li>Lead the finance team <span >(Costing/GL/Analysis),</span> driving overall efficiency</li><li>Continuously streamline financial processes (e.g., costing, closing), improving efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Resolve critical financial issues and provide technical financial support.</li><li>All other duties as assigned<br /></li></ul><p>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or higher in Finance/Accounting; proficient in major ERP systems and MS Office</li><li>5+ years of finance experience, extensive hands-on experience in cost and management accounting</li><li>Proficient in production costing, variance analysis, and inventory management</li><li>Fluent English (spoken & written, proficient working-level proficiency)</li><li>Bilingual language skills are desired (Mandarin or Spanish)<br><br></li></ul></p></p></p></p>
