This is a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art, flagship facility and represent one of Canada’s premier luxury automotive brands.</p><p><br /></p><p>The F&I Manager plays a critical role in the customer journey by offering tailored finance and insurance solutions, maintaining compliance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial products, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.</p><p><br /></p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Present and sell a full suite of financial and insurance products including extended warranties, service contracts, GAP insurance, and credit protection.</li><li>Ensure all documentation related to financing, leasing, registration, and delivery is accurately prepared and submitted.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer programs, rebates, leasing options, and lender offerings.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.</li><li>Adhere to all regulatory requirements in accordance with OMVIC, provincial, and federal legislation.</li><li>Establish and foster strong relationships with financial institutions, manufacturer finance departments, and third-party providers.</li><li>Maintain and manage internal reports, compliance records, and manufacturer audits.</li><li>Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicle delivery and address any concerns in a timely, professional manner.</li><li>Attend ongoing training and development to remain current with industry best practices.</li></ul><p><br /></p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong><ul><li>OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain).</li><li>Valid Ontario G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Minimum 1–2 years of F&I or automotive retail experience preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Comfortable using Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and financial software; experience with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is considered an asset.</li></ul><p><br /></p><strong>Why Join Oakville INFINITI?</strong><ul><li>Work in Canada’s only newly renovated INFINITI flagship facility.</li><li>Be part of a luxury brand backed by Prestige Auto Group Ontario.</li><li>Enjoy a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.</li><li>Access to ongoing training and career development opportunities.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Discover why Oakville Nissan & Oakville INFINITI is where passion, performance, and professionalism come together.</p><p><br /></p><p><em>We thank all applicants for their interest.
